Naturally processed Ethiopian beans grown at 1,850–2,100 meters deliver juicy fruit intensity and brightness. Mexican beans grown at 1,300–1,750 meters are washed processed for clean structure and balance, while Brazilian beans grown at 900–1,400 meters are pulped natural processed to add body and gentle sweetness. These varied methods preserve delicate origin characteristics while creating a layered, vibrant cup.
