☕ Bright Spectrum Light Roast

A vibrant light roast blend combining washed Ethiopian, Guatemalan, and Brazilian beans to create a lively, layered cup. Bursting with blackberry-like acidity and caramel sweetness, with hints of plum and black tea, this coffee delivers impressive complexity while remaining smooth, balanced, and highly drinkable.

🔍 Tasting Profile

Roast Level: Light

Bright and expressive with juicy blackberry-like acidity and smooth caramel sweetness. Ethiopian beans lead with tea-like and berry notes, while Guatemalan and Brazilian components add a chewy, rounded middle, creating a unique flavour profile that’s both vibrant and sweet with a clean finish.

🌍 Origin & Region

Ethiopia · Guatemala · Brazil

This blend brings together Ethiopian smallholder farms in Guji that maintain traditional shade-growing and intercropping methods, Guatemalan producers in the volcanic highlands of Antigua and Huehuetenango using heritage farming practices, and Brazilian estates in Cerrado employing modern agricultural techniques. These origins represent a balance of tradition and innovation from premier coffee-growing regions.

⛰️ Altitude & Processing

900–2,100 MASL

Washed Ethiopian beans grown at 1,850–2,100 meters provide vibrant floral and fruit character. Guatemalan beans grown at 1,500–2,000 meters are washed processed for balanced sweetness and complexity, while Brazilian beans grown at 900–1,400 meters are pulped natural processed to add body and foundation. Together, these methods create a bright, layered cup that highlights Ethiopian character while maintaining balance and approachability.

🌱 Blend Composition

Ethiopian Heirloom · Bourbon · Typica · Caturra · Catuaí · Mundo Novo

Ethiopian heirloom varietals deliver exceptional brightness, floral aromatics, and fruit complexity. Guatemalan Bourbon and Typica add sweetness and structural balance, while Brazilian Catuaí and Mundo Novo contribute body and subtle chocolate depth. The result is a well-rounded light roast with clarity, sweetness, and depth.
