This coffee is grown at elevations between 1,200 and 1,600 meters and processed using a semi-washed method typical of Indonesian coffees, enhancing body and earthy depth through partial fermentation and controlled drying. It is then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, which removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavours and full-bodied character.
